TicketPoint is a loyalty program offered by Bilet.com, where users who make ticket purchases while logged into their accounts earn gift points to use in their future transactions.
How Can I View My TicketPoints?
You can view your TicketPoint by going to the "My Account > TicketPoints > My Points" page.
How Does the TicketPoint System Work?
Our visitors earn TicketPoint by making purchases while logged into their accounts, with points awarded at rates determined by Bilet.com.
Additionally, you can also earn points from purchases made by visitors who click on your referral (affiliate) link when you share it on social media.
You can save on future purchases by using the TicketPoints you've earned.
Where Can I Find My Referral Link?
You can find your referral link on the "My Account > Account Settings" page.
Points System Considerations:

You earn TicketPoint on all your purchases made through Bilet.com, but the amount of TicketPoint earned may vary depending on the purchased product or service.

Users who come to Bilet.com by clicking on another member's referral link also earn TicketPoint from their own purchases.

Your referral code included in your referral link is stored as a cookie in the visitor's browser for one week. During this period, the link owner also earns TicketPoint from the visitor's purchases.

If a visitor clicks on your referral link and then clicks on another member's shared link, only the owner of the last clicked link earns TicketPoint from the visitor's purchases.

To earn TicketPoint with your referral link, visitors who click on it must have cookies enabled in their browsers. If a visitor clears their cookies, the affiliate code will be lost, and you won't earn TicketPoint from their purchases anymore.

TicketPoint cannot be earned on discounted or promotional tickets. Tickets classified as promotional are not considered discounted, and you can earn TicketPoint from these tickets.
When Can I Use My TicketPoints?
Points can only be used within their validity period. The points you earn from ticket sales become active after the relevant service is used. If the ticket that earned you points is canceled before this date, you won't be able to use the points you earned.
On the "My Account > TicketPoint > Scorboard" page, all the points you have earned up to that day are displayed in a table. Above this table, you can see your total points currently available for use and their equivalent value in Turkish Lira (TL).
How Can I Use My TicketPoints?
You can use your BiletPoints for payment by clicking the "Use TicketPoints" button on the payment page, if the ticket you purchased is suitable for payment with BiletPoints.
