Cancellation, Return and Exchange

Date changes and cancellations can be made for Greek Islands ferry tickets. Greek Island ferry tickets cannot be canceled within the framework of the Distance Contracts Regulation, except for situations caused by the ferry company (voyage cancellation, etc.).

The rules of the ferry companies apply to cancellations, refunds and changes, and these rules are shown to the passenger on the ticket purchase screen before the purchase is made.
If the flight you purchased a ticket for is canceled due to bad weather, the ticket price will be refunded.
The sailing time or the sailing ship may be changed for reasons not caused by the company.

If there is a change in the ferry date, the passenger can cancel his/her ticket and receive an uninterrupted refund.

Bilet.com initiates refunds instantly for canceled tickets. Transfer of the refund amount to the passenger's account/card may vary depending on the bank and card type.

It may take 1-7 business days for the refund amount to be reflected on the credit card by the bank, and 1-23 business days for it to be reflected on the account card.
The refund process for your canceled ticket will be initiated on the same day. Transfer of the refund to your account may vary depending on bank and card type.
