- You can only go to Cyprus by car from Taşucu Port .
- While people traveling with a vehicle can only enter Cyprus with their passports, passengers can travel with their new ID cards.
- The person whose name is on the vehicle license or the person who has a power of attorney from the vehicle owner can go to Cyprus by vehicle.
- If the person given power of attorney is not the sibling or parent of the license holder, the vehicle must be at most 3 years old. Otherwise, you will not be allowed to exit.
- If the vehicle is licensed by a company, a power of attorney is required from all company partners.
- Vehicle owners whose bank loan payments are still ongoing must receive a letter from their bank stating "Can Go Abroad".
- Vehicle owners must purchase at least 1 month TRNC Traffic insurance when entering the TRNC. This insurance will be taken at the TRNC entry customs.
- If the vehicle owner is a student in TRNC, they must have the student certificate obtained from the school. Student documents are valid for 1 year from the date of receipt.
- If the vehicle owner is a student in TRNC, he must obtain TRNC Traffic Insurance for at least 3 months when entering the TRNC. This insurance will be taken at the TRNC entry customs.
- Traffic is in the left lane on the island and a local or international driving license can be used.
When exiting with your ID, keep the sealed visa papers given to you by the Turkish and TRNC customs until you return to Turkey.
Please keep the customs form G 104, which will be given to the driver by the TRNC customs upon entering Cyprus. Because you have to present this form when leaving TRNC.
