Opening and Open Ticket

To cancel your bus ticket, you must first go to the "Bus Ticket Reservation Inquiry" page. After querying your ticket with your PNR number, you will see the "Release Ticket" button on the screen that appears if the bus company allows deletion of the ticket. You can open your ticket by following the procedures.

If the bus company does not allow the suspension process, we recommend that you cancel your ticket using the cancellation option on the same page and buy the ticket suitable for you.

After deactivating your ticket, first select the flight for which you will purchase a new ticket and enter your information. When you come to the payment page, you will see the "Use Open Money" button in the card information section. After clicking the button, you can easily use your open ticket by entering the PNR number of the open ticket and the necessary information in the window that opens.

If the price of the new ticket you choose exceeds the amount of your open ticket, you can only buy your ticket by paying the difference.

If you need to change your ticket or plan to buy a bus ticket again in the near future, holding your ticket open will be more advantageous than canceling it.

Although Bilet.com initiates the refund process instantly in case of ticket cancellations, it may take time for the refund to be deposited back to your account or card. Instead of waiting for this process, which may take longer depending on your bank and card type, you can use this amount to buy your new ticket whenever you want.
