Cancellation, Refund and Change

You can cancel your bus ticket online from the " Bus Ticket Reservation Inquiry " screen on our website.
After inquiring about your ticket on Bilet.com "Bus Ticket Reservation Inquiry" screen, you can view all the details of your ticket on the page that will open.
After selecting the bus tickets you want to cancel and clicking the "Cancel selected tickets" button, you can cancel your bus ticket online by following the necessary steps.
  • It is not possible to cancel tickets online for some bus companies. In this case, you need to call the bus company to cancel or learn the cancellation conditions.
  • Tickets printed at the branch cannot be canceled online. In this case, you can get information by calling the bus company's call center or visit the sales office to cancel.
  • Metro Turizm bus tickets can only be purchased from the call center at 0850 222 34 55 .
  • Backdated tickets cannot be canceled or refunded.
You can cancel your bus tickets free of charge, regardless of the bus company, until the last 24 hours before the departure time.
Some bus companies allow free cancellation of bus tickets closer to the departure time. You can see how many hours you can cancel your ticket from the bus companies' cancellation period lists.
In cases where the bus ticket cannot be used due to reasons caused by the passenger, bus companies do not refund the ticket fee. For disruptions caused by the bus company, you can send your requests to bilgi@bilet.com .

Transfer of the refund amount to the passenger's account/card may vary depending on the bank and card type.

It may take 1-7 business days for the refund amount to be reflected on your credit card by the bank, and 1-23 business days for it to be reflected on your account card.
While some bus companies allow changes, some do not. When you query your ticket with your PNR number on the "Bus Ticket Reservation Inquiry" screen, if it is a ticket that can be changed, you will see the "Change" button under the "Passenger Information" table. If you cannot see this button, it means that the bus company you bought your ticket from does not allow changes.
  • In order to make a change, you must proceed as described above and first open your ticket.
  • You can then purchase the ticket of your choice with your open ticket.
  • If change is not possible, we recommend that you cancel your ticket and buy a new ticket.
In companies that allow exchanges, you can open your ticket and buy a ticket for a date that is more suitable for you.
Returns are made in accordance with the purchase method. If the account or card you used to purchase your ticket has been closed, you should contact your bank.
