Dubrovnik is a city famous for its historical monuments from the Middle Ages. A population of 49,000 people live in the city, located on the Adriatic Sea coast of Croatia. Thanks to the renovation work shared by UNESCO, the city has managed to gain a very modern appearance. It is seen that the city has gained great fame with its Botanical gardens and Beach. We see many architectural works among the must-see places of the city. The Bell Tower consists of two separate figures made of wood, based on the first bell made by local craftsmen. Orlando Column is located near Stradun Street. The Rector's Palace has a unique beauty and shows Baroque, Gothic and Renaissance influences.
