Keep in mind, whenever you visit Dubai, it will always be hot. Between November and March the weather is milder (think a balmy 23 degrees). Dubai World Cup, considered the richest horse racing in the world, is held in March. Avoid going between July and August because the temperatures are unbearable and always above 40 degrees.
Transport

Dubai International Airport is located in Al-Gharhud district, 2.5 nautical miles (4.6 km) east of Dubai and spreads over 2,900 hectares (7,200 acres). The airport is operated by Dubai Airports Company and is also the main hub for Dubai's international airlines Emirates and flydubai. The airport has three terminals and has the capacity to host 90 million passengers annually. Terminal 3 is the world's second largest building by floor and the world's largest airport terminal. As of January 2016, there are 7,700 weekly flights from this airport to more than 270 destinations by 140 airlines to six continents of the world.
Land Transportation
Highway
Transportation to the airport is via D 89 road. One of the longest urban roads, D 89 starts at Deira Corniche and continues perpendicularly to D 85 (Baniyas Road). The road, which continues southeast from Deira to Dubai International Airport, intersects with E 311 (Emirates Road) after passing the airport.Metro
Dubai Metro provides transportation to the airport. One of the two lines of the Dubai Metro passes through the airport and the other passes nearby. The Red Line has one station each in Terminal 3 and Terminal 1. Lines operate between 06.00 and 23.00 every day except Friday. On Friday, from 13:00 to midnight. These hours change during the holy month of Ramadan. The stations are located at the front of both terminals and can be accessed directly from the arrivals area.The Green Line has a station near the Airport Free Zone and passengers can connect to Terminal 2 from there.
Bus
Dubai Buses, operated by RTA, provides transportation to the city on several routes, mostly to Deira. It is possible to reach these buses from the Airport Transportation Area and the arrival areas of each terminal.Passengers transferring between Terminals 1 and 3 and Terminal 2 can use the line buses between the terminals, which operate very frequently.
Bus stops are located opposite Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Buses 4, 11, 15, 33 and 44 can be used to reach Terminals 1 and 3. Bus number 2 is used to reach Terminal 2. Dubai International Airport Buses offer air-conditioned travel to the city and more than 80 hotels.
Taxi
