Chelyabinks is the administrative center of Oblata, which bears its name, and is among the largest cities in Russia. One of the most important features of the city is that it is a junction between railways and asphalt roads. It has two airports and is known as a very important industrial center in sectors such as machinery, metallurgy, device business and metal.
