Air Astana Türkiye seferleri, Kırgizistan Manas Uluslararası Havaalanı’ndan İstanbul Atatürk Havalimanı ve Antalya Havalimanı’na düzenlenir. Online check-in işlemleri soyisim ve rezervasyon numarası, Nomad Club üyelik numarası ya da e-Bilet numarası ile uçuştan 24 saat önce aktif hale gelir ve 1 saat kala kapanır. Bebeği ve çocuğu bulunan yolcular, gençlik tarifeli yolcular, kıdemli tarifeli yolcular, velileri ile birlikte uçmayan reşit olmayan çocuklar, sedye ile yolculuk yapanlar ve özel talebi bulunan yolcular online check-in yapsalar bile havalimanındaki kontuarlardan biniş kartı almalıdırlar.

Bagaj limiti ekonomi sınıfı yolcular için 20 kg, Ekonomi Sleeper ve Business Class yolcular için 30 kilogramdır. Kabin içi bagajlar en çok 56 x 45 x 25 cm – 8 kg boyutlarında olabilir. Ekstra bagajlar uçuş destinasyonuna göre ücretlendirilir. 1 parça bagajlar en fazla 32 kg ağırlığında olmalıdır. MySeat koltukları uygulaması ile Air Astana, yolcularına ekstra konfor sağlar. Yalnızca Airbus A320, Airbus A321, Boeing 757, Boeing 767 ve Embraer 190 uçaklarında MySeat koltukları bulunur. Koltuk ücretleri, uçuş rotasına göre değişiklik gösterir. Acil çıkış koltukları 12 – 36 dolar arasında, 1. sıra Ekonomi sınıf ve 1. sıra Business class koltukları 15 – 45 dolar arasındadır. 2. sıra Ekonomi sınıf koltukları ise 10 dolardır.
