Scope of Flight Ticket Cancellation Assurance

Ticket Cancellation Assurance is a service that is provided exclusively to Bilet.com users and secures the ticket price against plans that may change at the last moment.
With the Ticket Cancellation Assurance, you can cancel your ticket up to 3 hours before the flight without giving any reason and get 90% of the ticket amount back. 90% of the ticket amount to be refunded is the sum of the amount you will receive refunded from the airline and the amount you will receive refunded from Bilet.com within the scope of the guarantee.
The 90% refund fee to be paid back under the guarantee is the amount to be calculated after deducting the service fee from the ticket price.
Ticket cancellation and refund guarantee is valid only 3 hours before the flight.
The Ticket Cancellation Assurance is valid on all flights with and without promotions.
Ticket Cancellation Assurance can only be obtained at the time of ticket purchase.
The Ticket Cancellation Assurance is valid for both one-way and round-trip tickets. For round-trip tickets, in case of cancellation of a two-way ticket, payment will be made on the total ticket amount. In the case of a one-way ticket cancellation for round-trip tickets, payment is made based on the amount of the canceled ticket. For purchases made with package pricing (special and single ticket pricing for international outbound and return flights), the cancellation of the one-way ticket is not within the scope of the guarantee and service, and no payment is made. In case of cancellation of a two-way ticket for purchases made with package pricing, the payment will be made over the total ticket amount.
In order for Bilet.com to be able to make a payment for the cancellation of the ticket within the scope of the guarantee, it is a prerequisite to cancel the ticket by calling the ticket line of Bilet.com at least 3 hours before the flight, by calling +90 850 450 99 88 or by sending an e-mail to info@bilet.com.
For cancellations that are not notified until 3 hours before the flight, the Ticket Cancellation Assurance will be deemed invalid and no refund will be made. The records of Bilet.com are taken as the basis for solving possible problems that may occur.
For the amount to be refunded within the scope of the guarantee, the transaction is carried out by Bilet.com within 5 working days. After this process is completed, the completion of the return process proceeds according to the banks' return procedure.
The payment of the amount to be refunded within the scope of the guarantee is transferred to the account separately from the payment received from the airline ticket provider.
The Ticket Cancellation Assurance can be used an unlimited number of times throughout the year.
Flight or flights not operated by the airline are not covered by the Ticket Cancellation Guarantee. Subject to the rules of the relevant Civil Aviation authorities, the rules applied by the airline apply.
The fee charged for the ticket cancellation assurance is not refundable under any circumstances, including the cancellation of the flights by the airline.
