Windycar allows vehicles to be rented for a minimum of 24 hours and applies a VAT of 0.18 on prices. Windycar Car Rental Conditions
Windycar car rental conditions are very similar to the conditions of other car rental companies. No one other than the driver whose name is specified in the rental agreement can use the rented vehicle. If the vehicle needs to be used by more than one person, a maximum of 2 additional drivers can be assigned for each vehicle. It is important that the identity and driver's license information of these additional drivers are stated correctly in the rental agreement.You must have a credit card, driver's license and residence permit with you during the vehicle delivery process.
When vehicles are delivered, they are refunded in the amount of fuel they have. If delivery is below this amount, then an additional fuel fee will be charged.
The age limit and duration for a driver's license vary from vehicle to vehicle. A one-year driving license is sufficient for all economy class vehicles. The age limit is set as 21. For such vehicles, an average deposit of 500 TL is required, provided that the mileage does not exceed the 1200 km limit. For middle class vehicles, conditions of 23 years of age, 2 years of driving license and not exceeding 1200 km are applied. For upper segment vehicles, you must be at least 27 years old and have a driver's license for 5 years. A deposit of 4000 TL is required for these vehicles, but you must not exceed the 900 km usage limit.
