People who want to rent cannot benefit from this service unless they are at least 21 years old and have a driver's license for 1 year.
Another condition that must be met is for those who want to rent one of the middle class vehicles. These people must be at least 22 years old to benefit from the rental service. Anyone who is over 22 years old and meets the 2-year driving license requirement can benefit from Carwingo's car rental service.
People who want to rent one of the top class vehicles with high standards must be at least 23 years old and have a driver's license for 3 years.
People who want to benefit from car rental service on a daily basis can receive at least 24-hour service. Carwingo does not provide hourly car rental services that do not exceed 24 hours. Monthly rentals are available starting from 30 days.
Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the start time of the rental period. In case of cancellation requests made more than 24 hours in advance, the amount you paid to the company will be refunded to the credit card from which the payment was made, after a deduction of 50 Turkish Liras. In addition, there are cases where the fee is not refundable. In cases where the reservation period is less than 3 days, no refund will be made even if the cancellation request is made . If a cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the vehicle's delivery time, the 3-day fee is deducted from the total amount paid. The remaining amount after the deduction is refunded to the credit card from which the payment was made. If a cancellation request is made on the day the reservation is completed, the full refund of the paid service fee will be transferred to the credit card without any deduction.
The customer who rents the vehicle must pay his/her fuel and highway fees, traffic and parking fines on time. Carwingo is not responsible for these additional payments.
