Kırcaali'ye gidişte otobüs personeli çok iyiydi. Özellikle muavin Ergun Bey'in iletişimi ve servisi çok iyiydi. Dönüşte diğer şoförün seyir esnasında telefonunu karıştırması (en önde olduğumuz için gördük) bizi çok tedirgin etti. Ama genelde olumlu bir izlenimim var. Zaten daha önce de birçok kez bu firmayla Kırcaali'ye gittim.
