About Kırıkkale

Kırıkkale is an industrial city with a public emphasis. The economic structures of its districts and rural areas are entirely based on agriculture. A total of 21 flat settlements and mounds were identified in the research carried out in Kırıkkale and its districts and villages between 1990 and 1991. Remnants of the Assyrian Trade Colonies Age and Old Bronze Age cultures have been identified.
