EVENT DETAILS AND RULES

  • The event ticket only covers the entrance to the event area and the artist concerts in the session you purchased the ticket for. All other services you receive inside will be charged extra.
  • Paid activities; Ice skating, Revolving Wheel, Food - Beverage and Shopping Stands.
  • Free activities; Carousel, Sponsor Company Workshops, Tasting Events.
  • Participants are required to have their ID (TR ID, TR Driving License or Passport) with them and present it when requested.
  • Security personnel will subject everyone entering the venue to a security search.
  • Please keep your wristbands and tickets until you exit the event area.
  • It is forbidden to enter the event area with any flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), cutting or piercing tools, and laser pointers.
  • The event is free for ages 0-6.
  • It is requested that you do not enter the event area with professional audio and visual equipment (video cameras and cameras).
  • Since food and beverages will be sold within the event area, food and beverages brought from outside will not be allowed into the event area.
  • Professional shooting is not allowed during the event. Guests accept that audio-visual recording devices may be confiscated if the artist management deems it appropriate.
  • The organization company reserves the right to refuse entry to the event area to those it deems unsuitable, on condition that the ticket price is refunded.
  • The organization company reserves the right to make any changes to the program due to technical problems or other unforeseen and unavoidable reasons.
  • The organizer has the right to change ticket prices.
  • Sound and lighting conditions in the event area may cause temporary hearing or eye discomfort.
  • Event tickets must only be purchased from official sales points designated by the organizer.
  • The right to use photographs and videos of people participating in the event in promotional materials belongs to the event organization, and by participating in the event, the participant accepts the use of this right.
  • The organizer has the right not to allow entry to anyone who is deemed unsuitable for the event, provided that the ticket fee is refunded.
