WILL I MARRY YOU?
A two-act comedy with songs and folk songs from BuTiyatro. The play, starring Şebnem Özinal and Yosi Mizrahi, looks at the relationships between men and women through the lens of humor.
Baran is a talkative person who grew up with the neighborhood culture. He does not like reading and has little interest in cultural events. But when it comes to horse racing, the flow stops. He loves arabesque music and is a Fenerbahçe supporter. Baran, who works in a printing house, is very talented in his profession. If they let him, he could even make a paper man. Cansu, on the other hand, likes reading and cultural events. He is a white collar worker and successful in his job. Cansu, who has an extremely pure nature, is a Galatasaray supporter. Baran and Cansu, who have opposite characters and lifestyles, meet on the ferry one day. They both leave this encounter with different feelings. Baran fell in love at first sight, and Cansu understood what hatred was at first sight. Baran introduces himself as a completely different person by telling lies in a planned manner. Cansu believes these lies and a new love begins. So what happens when lies are revealed? The answer is on stage.
All subjects such as meeting, the first meeting in excitement, jealousy, infidelity, marriage preparations, wedding, the effects of relatives in marriage, the difficulties of maintaining a union are all brought to the stage with a high dose of comedy.
In this play that is guaranteed to make you laugh, master actors Yosi Mizrahi and Şebnem Özinal make you laugh for two hours. The play, written and directed by Barbaros Uzunöner, promises a quality comedy with its music and staging technique. To the audience, "It's like they're talking about us." The play that makes you say, displays all the funny things that happen in your love life on the stage.
