Get ready for a unique brewery experience at one of seven Trappist breweries in the world at La Trappe in Tilburg! Trappist breweries are owned and managed by monks, and don’t make beer for profit - donate to charity. La Trappe Brewery was founded in the 19th century and has been making and experimenting with new beers since. Beer connoisseurs can take a tour of the tasting rooms and try some of the beers such as Blond, Dubbel, Tripel, Quadrupel, Witte Trappist, and more. At the brewery, you can also have lunch and the monastery produces chocolate, bread, cheese, jam and honey.
