EVENT CONDITIONS AND RULES

Doors opening time for the festival is 15:00.

Discounted tickets are limited.

Your ticket will come to you via Email and SMS.

You don't need to print it out.

There is a separate wristband application for those under the age of 18 at the event.

Festival capacity is limited.

All participants are required to have their IDs with them.

No action will be taken for lost tickets.

Wristbands will be worn by ticket holders at the entrance of the festival and must not be removed throughout the festival.

Keep your ticket and wristband during the concert.

Participants with combined tickets must carry their wristbands and tickets for the 3 days that the festival will continue.

The organization company reserves the right to change ticket prices.

Concert tickets should only be purchased from official sales points determined by the organization owner.

The organizer has the right to exclude holders of tickets not purchased from official sales points from the concert area.

The organizer has the right to refuse anyone he deems unsuitable to the event venue, provided that he refunds the ticket price.

The festival area is suitable for bringing pets.

There is no deposit point in the festival area.

You are responsible for the belongings you have with you in the concert area.

The event will be held in all weather conditions.

It is recommended to be prepared for all kinds of weather conditions.

Tickets will not be refunded.

Since food and beverages will be sold within the event area, food and beverages brought from outside will not be allowed into the event area.

It is forbidden to enter the concert area with any kind of flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), flammable, cutting or piercing tools and laser pointers.

It is forbidden to enter the concert area with professional audio and video equipment (video cameras and cameras).

Entering the event area with selfie and GoPro sticks will not be allowed.

Recording is strictly prohibited during the concert.

The participant accepts that audiovisual recording devices may be confiscated if the artist management deems it appropriate.

Sound systems in the concert area may cause temporary hearing problems.

Light patterns in the concert area may cause temporary eye discomfort.

The organizer has the right to cancel the festival by refunding tickets for any reason.

The organizer has the right to make changes to the festival program, venue and date.

The organizer takes all necessary safety precautions against losses and accidents in the festival area.

However, due to the natural, mounded structure of the festival area, the audience is obliged to pay utmost attention to the safety of property and life during the festival and to always act cautiously and carefully against possible accidents and losses.

The right to use photographs and video footage of people attending the concert in promotional materials belongs to the concert organization, and the participant accepts the use of this right by participating in the concert.

We kindly ask you to dispose of the waste generated during the festival in the separated garbage bins in the festival area.
