Located on an area of 600 thousand square meters in total, Vialand has more than 200 stores in Vialand, which, unlike classical shopping malls, consists of three-storey indoor and outdoor shopping streets with nostalgic trams running through it. - The ticket is valid only on the selected date.
- Children under the age of 15 are not allowed to enter the park without being older (+18). For babies (0-3), you can get free tickets at the entrance.
- Tickets are for Turkish citizens only. Visitors may be asked for ID at the entrance. Tickets for foreigners are purchased at the entrance.
- Ticket prices is only for TURKISH CITIZENS. Foreign citizen buy ticket at box office.
- Tickets cannot be refunded or canceled for VIALAND Theme Park tickets.
- Only the date can be changed on the ticket. For the change of other information, the return process and rules apply.
- No changes are made after the ticket date has passed.
- Unprinted tickets purchased from the internet or call center can be changed until 15:00 on the ticket date from the call center and internet.
- Tickets purchased at the box office cannot be changed via the call center or the web. In order to make the change, it is necessary to apply to the Theme Park tolls until the ticket date at the latest.
- You should keep your VIALAND theme park entrance ticket with you until the end of your visit.
- With VIALAND Theme Park daily entrance tickets, you can benefit from all the units in the park throughout the day. Fair games, Dryer, Souvenirs, Food & Drink and Photo Service, Zoom, Fast Pass Wristband are not included in the ticket price but are subject to a separate fee.
- Companions are responsible for their accompanying persons and visitors under the age of 15 are not allowed to enter the park alone. The companion of a visitor under the age of 15 cannot be less than 18 (eighteen) years old.
- A sold ticket/annual card cannot be transferred or resold.
- It is forbidden to bring food, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages to the VIALAND Theme Park area. You must not ride in recreational units under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- It is not appropriate to bring pets to VIALAND Theme Park.
- The discount campaign is not valid for tickets purchased for the same day.
- All units, for your safety and comfort, have limitations such as health status, weight, height, age and companion requirement. The activities of the entertainment units in VIALAND Theme Park may be affected by weather conditions and maintenance works. You can get information from Theme Park officials about our units, which are in Vialand Theme Park during the day and are closed due to technical maintenance.
