When you purchase an event ticket, you can find the reservation information for your ticket here. You can access all the details of the event ticket you have purchased by entering your reservation PNR number and surname on the Event Reservation Inquiry panel. You can view information such as the location of the event, seat number, start and end time, and QR code information.

What is Reservation PNR Number?

No matter which category of event ticket you purchased, you will receive a unique PNR reservation number. With this number, you can access the event you have booked and all its details and view the QR code. This way, you can pass through the box offices when you go to the event venue.

This number and QR will be sent to the phone number and e-mail address you entered on the reservation screen.

If you do not remember or cannot reach your e-mail address and you have not received a message on your phone, you can get the necessary information by contacting our customer services at 0850 450 99 88 .

Points to Consider When Making an Event Reservation

  • Check whether the event ticket you purchased has an expiration date. No transactions can be made after the expiration date on ticket reservations has passed.

  • Pay attention to the city and location information of your event reservation and the start time. For some events, you may need to be at the location a certain time before the start time. (You can find this information on the relevant event page.)

  • For events where seat numbers can be selected, make a note of the seat information you have chosen. Seat changes can be made by Bilet.com call center up to the last 24 hours.
