Rules

• Since the tickets sold are promotional/discounted, seat selection is not made, and the Theater/Organiser will provide you with the most suitable seat at the entrance of the event.
• Cancellations, refunds and changes cannot be made on purchased tickets.
• Tickets not used on the day and time are invalid and it is not possible to refund and/or change the ticket price and service fee. No request can be made from Bilet.com for the refund of the unused tickets on the day and time.
• If you cannot use your ticket for any reason other than force majeure or cancellation of the event, you can contact Bilet.com at the latest 2 hours before the event time.
• Organization owner institutions and/or organizations have the right to change places in the venues and/or concert halls where the concert will be held, in case they deem appropriate in the seating arrangement and plan.
• The user accepts that he/she complies with the age limit rules applicable to the event for the tickets he/she has purchased through Bilet.com. Proof of ID will be required at the venue of the ticket purchased for age limits.
• In the event that there is a discount ticket definition for the event and a ticket is purchased with the discounted ticket option, the User accepts and undertakes that he/she is subject to this discounted ticket. For discounted tickets, the ID of the purchased ticket will be required at the event venue.
• In case of being late for the event, Bilet.com is in no way responsible for taking the user to the event venue.
