Food and beverages are not included in the ticket price. All drinks and food consumed during the event will be charged extra.

Guests of all ages can attend the concert. Children under the age of 6 will not be allowed into the concert area. If guests wish, they can leave their children at Kijo (Kids Club) next to the concert area. To enter the hotel, a ticket must be purchased regardless of age.

Lujo Hotel; Within the scope of promotion, marketing and advertising activities, it carries out general video recording and live broadcasting activities at the venue. The participant is aware that general footage is being recorded at the location and that his/her images may be taken during these shootings, whether he/she is with the general audience or not, and gives permission/approve for his/her images to be recorded in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846, and accepts that the relevant organizer is authorized to use these records freely without the need for a separate permission.

After purchasing a ticket, guests must send their ID photocopy and contact phone numbers to callcenter@lujohotel.com with the subject heading "BE SVENDSEN Performance Participation".

Everyone who participates in our event is deemed to have accepted all security measures determined by the security team, including body and bag searches. People who do not want to comply with these measures will have their right to enter the event canceled and their tickets will not be refunded. All participants must have their IDs with them.

There is no specific seating arrangement in the concert area other than the lodges, it is standing.
